Ao Nang is one tambon, but the homes in it are not alike. Here is where we go and what we find there.

The beach road and the streets behind it: apartments above the shops, small hotels, and the few condos Ao Nang has.
ซอยในอ่าวนาง
The lanes off the beach road, Soi 8 among them: guesthouses turned apartments, and the houses long-stay renters take by the month.

Quieter and residential, two beaches split by the khlong, with houses and small villas on the lanes behind.
วิลล่าบนเนินเขา
The pool-villa developments in the ground rising behind the beach road, the homes most often let by the month or the season.
อ่าวน้ำเมา
East towards the pier: quiet, houses on larger plots, a short drive from the centre.
คลองม่วง
About 15 km west, in Nong Thale: resort villas and private pool villas, most let by the month or the season.
Living by the Andaman is different from living in town, and the dirt is different too.
The sea breeze carries fine salt that settles on windows, stainless fixtures and hinges, and left alone it leaves a cloudy film and speeds up corrosion. There is no special chemical for salt. The fix is frequency. We wipe the film off glass, taps and metalwork at every visit, so it never gets the chance to etch.
However careful you are, fine sand comes in on feet and towels and works its way into grout lines, tile joints and the tracks of sliding doors. We vacuum it out before we mop, so the mop lifts the grit instead of grinding it into the grout.
A villa shut between guests, or a home left empty for a while, sits in this humidity with no air moving, and mould finds the soft furnishings, the wardrobes and the backs of cupboards first. A deep clean opens everything and scrubs it off the surfaces it will come off, and we tell you honestly when it has grown into silicone seals, because at that point it is damage rather than dirt.
We clean every indoor room, and scrub the balcony by hand as an extra you add when you book. Outdoor areas are next: the patio, pool deck and carport need machines the crew does not carry yet, so they sit on our Coming Soon list, and this page will say so the day they are ready.

If you have taken a villa, house or apartment for three months, six months or the season, and cleaning is not part of the deal, this page is for you. Call it a cleaning lady, a maid or a housekeeper: what you get is a small crew who bring every tool and product, clean to a room-by-room checklist, and are the same cleaners next time.
The rhythm is yours to choose: weekly, every two weeks, or a deep clean when you move in and regular visits after. Every visit is booked on its own, so there is no contract to sign: book the first one online at a fixed price, and the next takes a few taps. You pay after each clean, and if you are out, a key or door code is arranged in the chat.
A clean between guests is the same regular or deep clean, booked for the day you need it: every indoor room, and the beds made up with the set you leave out, included in a deep clean and an extra you can add to a regular one. You do not need to be there.

A regular clean in Ao Nang starts at ฿650 and a deep clean at ฿1,300, per visit. The price is set by the size and type of the home, extras are priced on screen, and the booking form shows the exact figure before you confirm. The price you are quoted is the price you pay, however long the job takes.

Yes, and you do not need to own the place. Book online for the day you want, see the fixed price before you confirm, and pay after each clean by PromptPay, cash or transfer. If you are out, leave a key or a door code with us in the chat. There is no contract and no minimum: one visit or a whole season, booked one visit at a time.
Each visit is its own booking, so there is nothing to sign. Book the first one online, and the next takes a few taps: from your bookings if you sign in with LINE, or from the booking form again. We send the same cleaners, and if your usual cleaners are ever unavailable we tell you who is coming before the visit.
We make the beds up with the clean set you leave out, included in a deep clean and an extra you can add to a regular one, and put the used set in the laundry basket for you. Washing it is on our roadmap for let properties, and we will say so here the day we can do it properly.
The water stays with your pool company. The deck and patio are next: they need machines the crew does not carry yet, so they sit on our Coming Soon list with the carport. Today we clean every indoor room, and scrub the balcony by hand as an extra you add when you book.
Yes: book a regular or deep clean for the day between check-out and check-in, and leave a fresh set of linen out for the beds. Making them up is included in a deep clean and an extra you can add to a regular one, and the used set goes in the laundry basket for you. The price is fixed however long the job takes, so leave a gap between check-out and check-in rather than booking the hour before guests arrive. We clean the property, and the bookings, keys and guests stay with you or your manager. If something was missed, tell us within 24 hours of the clean and we come back and put it right.
Both. Nopparat Thara is next door and part of the same run. Klong Muang is about 15 km west, in Nong Thale, and we drive there from Ao Nang: pick the address on the map when you book, and the price is the same fixed quote as anywhere else.
