To book, we need your name, address, home details, date and time, and one way to reach you. Without them we cannot do the clean.

You can switch off visit statistics and recordings at any time under at the bottom of every page. Nothing is used for ads, and we never sell your data.

Who receives it

  • Our managers, and the crew assigned to your booking. In our chat inbox, the crew also see your earlier bookings with us.
  • The companies that run our systems, each receiving only what its job needs: Supabase (database, Singapore), Vercel (website hosting, Singapore), LINE (sign-in and chat, Japan), Google Maps (address search, United States), PostHog (visit statistics, Germany) and Sentry (error reports, Germany). Your data is therefore also processed outside Thailand.
  • Authorities, when Thai law requires it.

Cookies

We store a few things on your device: a cookie for visit statistics (kept 1 year, removed if you switch analytics off), your cookie settings and your language, and what a feature you use needs, such as staying signed in, adding items to a booking you just made, the link or QR code you arrived through, or a friend's referral link (30 days each). None of it is used for advertising.
